Our NGO, Asha Kirana Samaja Seva Sangha, is deeply committed to women empowerment by providing skill-based training, livelihood support, and opportunities for self-reliance. Through specialized programs in artificial flower making, aari embroidery, event decoration, computer literacy, and chilli marketing, we have enabled hundreds of women—especially from rural and marginalized communities—to gain confidence, financial independence, and social respect. We believe that when women are empowered with knowledge and income-generating skills, they uplift not only their families but also transform entire communities. Our continued efforts in forming Self-Help Groups (SHGs), promoting Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), and linking women to markets have created a strong foundation for sustainable development and inclusive growth.
