Asha Kirana Samaja Seva Sangha has been actively empowering youth and women through a wide range of skill development training programs tailored to modern and traditional livelihood opportunities. Our NGO offers hands-on training in computer skills such as digital marketing, web designing, graphic design, social media management, basic computer applications, and data entry. We also conduct specialized creative and vocational courses including digital jewelry designing, artificial flower making, aari embroidery, tailoring, event decoration, handmade gift items, paper crafts, and organic soap/candle making. In addition, we focus on agricultural entrepreneurship through training in value addition of farm produce, packaging and branding, FPO management, and digital agri-marketing. These training are designed not only to enhance technical capabilities but also to promote self-employment, improve confidence, and provide a sustainable source of income—particularly for women, rural youth, and marginalized groups. Through these skill development efforts, Asha Kirana is creating a foundation for digital inclusion, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic upliftment.
