  • Running livelihood training programs to create self-sustainable income generation opportunities

  • Farmer Producer Company Initiative:
    Asha Kirana Samaja Seva Sangha has successfully formed a Farmer Producer Company (FPC) with 1,000 farmer shareholders, supported by NABARD.
  • The FPC strengthens collective farming efforts, provides market access, increases agricultural productivity, and ensures fair returns for farmers.
  • The NGO also supports the FPC with capacity building, market linkage, and agricultural training.
  • LEDP (Livelihood and Enterprise Development Programmes):
    Asha Kirana Samaja Seva Sangha has been actively implementing LEDP programme to promote income generation activities among SHG women, with the support of NABARD.
  • Through LEDP, SHG women are trained in various trades such as artificial flower making, garland making, event decoration, tailoring, and food processing.
  • The program emphasizes skill development, enterprise formation, and credit linkage with banks to ensure that SHG women can start and sustain their own businesses.
  • Post-training, the NGO provides hand-holding support, market linkages, and continuous mentoring to ensure that women achieve sustainable livelihoods and financial independence.
