“Message from the President”
Dear Members, Supporters, and Stakeholders,
It brings me immense pleasure to present the Annual Report for the year 2024–25. This year marked significant milestones in our journey towards empowering women, promoting livelihood development, and enhancing the quality of life of marginalized communities in Ballari and surrounding districts.
Vision and Mission
Vision:
Empowering communities through education, livelihood, and skill development to ensure dignity and self-reliance.
Mission:
To promote social equity by implementing need-based training, health awareness, sustainable livelihood programs, and youth empowerment initiatives.
Key Achievements in 2024–25
1. Livelihood & Skill Development
Artificial Flower Making and Event Decoration LEDP: Successfully completed training for 90 SHG women, enabling them to take up livelihood activities independently.
Aari Embroidery Unit: 75 women from Ballari trained and established their own embroidery unit, generating sustainable income.
Doormat Manufacturing with Waste Jeans: Supported Mr. Peera’s eco-friendly unit, promoting circular economy and green entrepreneurship.
Rudrakshi Garland Orders Fulfilled: SHG members supplied garlands to Mantralaya Temple, demonstrating market linkage success.
2. Youth & Girl Child Empowerment
20-Day Personality Development Camp: Held for girls from 8th standard to 2nd PUC, covering yoga, self-defense, hygiene, nutrition, self-respect, academic guidance, and life planning.
Nutrition Support: Each participant was provided with daily strength food (milk, egg, sprouts, fruit salad) and a uniform, improving attendance and morale.
3. Digital Inclusion
Conducted basic computer and digital literacy training for rural youth and women, bridging the digital divide in remote areas.
4. Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) Promotion
“Extend comprehensive support to FPOs, including market advisory, mobilization, training, and facilitation of market linkages, as part of agriculture-focused skill development initiatives.”
5. Health & Awareness Campaigns
Conducted awareness programs on menstrual hygiene, communicable diseases, water sanitation, and nutrition across rural Ballari.
Collaborated with local health departments and schools for greater outreach.

Expand livelihood clusters with upgraded tools and market access.
Launch tailoring and fashion design program.
Develop a permanent training centre with hostel facilities.
Scale up computer literacy to all panchayat areas in Ballari district.

“Set up a dedicated retail outlet (Big Mart) under the NGO to provide a sustainable marketing platform for products developed by trained beneficiaries and local farmers, supporting income generation and rural entrepreneurship.”
